This refund policy is adopted by all clients of OVO CABS and will apply to all taxis/minicabs as arranged on the customer’s behalf through OVO CABS.
If you need to cancel your booking, you need to follow the time frame if you want to take the full refund. If you cancel your booking before 15 days 50% amount will be debited and after that no refund will be given in any circumstances. You need to contact OVO CABS as soon as possible if there is any change in the plan or change the dates. Extend and change of dates/ cab is subject to availability. OVO CABS recommends phoning us or whatsapp on our contact number +91-8558-01-01-01 to cancelling with the telephone staff or mail us on email@example.com with the valid payment receipt and booking id.
All cancellations made before the booking time and prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur a penalty charge
If the client return vehicle early from his/her time, In such cases NO Refund will be considered for the remaining time from the booking period.
In the instance of cancellation payment will be refunded in the bank account after 15 days of the original cab booking date without any interest. Your bank detail must be matched with our customer profile(you fill detail while login). The time specified for installment will be of the embodiment of the Agreement.
If you cancel the booking on spot by giving useless excuses like car model, scratches, color, matting, interior, mats etc or you are getting best deal from other vendor, make sure that no refund will be initiate in such circumstances. Our prices may vary according to the season and subject to availability.
Refunds to credit / debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used within 15 days of the original booking date. Refunds made by cheque can only be made out to the customers' name that made the original booking. This will be posted to the customer within 15 days of the original booking date.
OVO CABS to cancel all services and provide upto 100% of the refunds (with in 30 days of the original booking date), in the event of circumstances beyond their control. If a car breaks down during the journey, OVO CABS will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.
The company does not allow the vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods or any other object which can annihilate the upholstery/any part of the vehicle. In such event, the user will be penalize with the 50% surcharge on the actual cost towards repairing/cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vehicle.
No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire. Your selected route according to the dates and duration, only be entertained. If cab/taxi run outside the geo fencing or you change the route without any prior notice to OVO CABS, agreement will be consider as terminated and no refund will be given in such conditions.
If you failed to provide a valid identity proof in original which includes Aadhaar card, Voter id, PAN card or Passport. Same shall be deposited at the time of pickup and returned to you after you drop off our booking will be terminated and We may deny if you failed to give at least two valid identifications with same permanent address or in case you fail to produce the documents at the time of pickup. No refund will be given in such case.
